More than 53 million Americans have surgery per year. Over 50{3c5d7bedb8d9424d4863845e562599bee79a2158b23e861254be5a91361680b4} of surgery patients have inadequate pain control, even though most of them receive pain medication. The most common reason for readmission to the hospital or for admission after surgery is Pain.

Studies show that people who are prepared for surgery heal faster, have less pain, recover quicker, experience fewer complications and reduced stress, and require less prescription medication.  Adequately prepared people also experience fewer side effects of radiation therapy and chemotherapy.  It is not too late to receive the same benefits of pre-surgery preparations after surgery.

The Healing Circle incorporates breathing, meditation, and touch therapy in a community of like-minded people.  It is similar to a support group.  No matter what stress, conditions, and diseases that you have – you will feel better when you leave.
