Receive a clear, relaxed mind & body, & increased energy as you take a break to re-balance. Includes introductions, guided meditation, hands-on or hands-off healing from multiple people (most peoples’ favorite part), spirit guided questions & socializing. This class will help you open & clear your chakras, helping you to feel like you are more fully alive. In this class you will learn the nature & qualities of the chakras: color, symbol, mantra, element, etc. You will identify the signs of each blocked & open chakra. Blockages will be cleared & opened with 8 large Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls attuned to each chakra in addition to using yoga postures specifically designed to clear each chakra. OPENING YOUR HEART CHAKRA TO LOVE AND ABUNDANCE

Experience your heart chakra opening and being cleared. With an open and balanced heart, love and abundance flow to you. TUNING FORKS THERAPY

Like tuning a musical instrument, your body can be tuned to achieve optimal physical and energetic balance. Vibrating tuning forks instantly alters your body’s biochemistry and brings your nervous system, muscles and organs into harmonic balance. Your body quickly enters a deep state of relaxation. Oriental Medicine is where tuning fork therapy comes from. This tradition recognizes that most diseases are a result of energy blockage.
